We are looking for a talented and motivated Dutch-Speaking Content Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about content creation, strategic marketing, and has a strong command of Dutch language.We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Dutch-Speaking Content Manager to oversee the development and management of content for our Dutch speaking audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and business growth. You will be providing support by coordinating activities including the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to promote FLEETCOR’S core fuel, EV, Shell and Travelcard products as well as additional services. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will partner with internal and external cross functional teams to deliver required marketing activities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create, optimize and maintain targeted content in line with overall content strategy for our Netherland market Collaborate with marketing, design teams and external agencies to develop content which is on brand and relevant for our target audience Create and publish engaging content and ensure frequent content inflow mainly for our websites/blogs based on SEO recommendations to increase web traffic Optimize existing content according to relevant keywords on our website Monitor the performance of the content through online tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention (e.G. engaging newsletter content, promotional material, LinkedIn postings) Be a brand guardian for FLEETCOR’s brands, ensuring consistency of propositions content across all customer touch points (online & offline) Support demand generation activities when necessary, such as trade shows, ELM campaigns, customer events, sales promotions, sales campaign events, customer/sales campaign collateral, and social selling Support the Marketing Manager(s) in the campaign execution, including Compliance approval and broader business approval Work in conjunction with cross-regional Content teams to share knowledge/content of different markets and identify gaps where more content is needed Work effectively with other team members as well as develop relationships with wider internal and external stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field 2+ years of experience as a Content Marketing Executive Creative thinker with an eye for detail Excellent copy writing skills in both Dutch and English is a must A strong grasp of UX and SEO best practices Working knowledge of SalesForce.Com and Marketo Good organizational and time-management skills Team player Experience with Google Analytics We offer: 8% holiday allowance a year – A commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km when travel distance to office is more than 5 km; – A parking space next to our building if (upon request) – 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. – 2 volunteering days – Every six months an extra bonus day if you have not been ill – Hybrid work model with three days in the office per week – Disability insurance – Company fitness with a maximum contribution of €35 per month.
