About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CSV / Validation Engineer to support equipment implementation and validation within our Manufacturing Engineering – Asset Management team. You will act as a GxP / GMP / CSV subject matter expert for hardware and equipment solutions in a medical device environment — leading validation activities end-to-end, authoring and executing protocols, managing change control, and supporting rollout to production lines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline required
Required Skills
- 5+ years in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering in medium–high volume environments
- Proven validation & CSV expertise in medtech, pharma or other cGMP-regulated sectors
- Strong experience with GMP / GxP / CSV, URS, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ
- Hands-on, collaborative mindset and strong English communication skills
