Seatrade Groningen is one of the oldest and largest shipping companies in the Netherlands with almost 75 years of experience. We are specialized in the transportation of refrigerated cargo such as kiwis, avocados, and bananas with ships sailing worldwide.
The management of the ships and container fleet takes place from the office in Groningen, while the commercial activities are handled from the office in Breda. Much of the cargo is transported by Seatrade in reefer containers that are maintained and repaired at various depots around the world. Due to the expansion of activities, there are two vacancies for Administrative Claims Handler (part-time/full-time) in the Container Maintenance & Repair department in Groningen.
What you will do
As an Administrative Claims Handler, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the repair depots, with the majority located in Latin America. Due to the various international contacts, it is important that you have a good command of English.

Specific knowledge and experience for this position are not required as we provide training internally. We are looking for cost conscious go getter, with minimum MBO+ level, who can work independently and is eager to learn. In the future travel abroad might be part of the job and having a drivers license is a must.
