The Organization & Team Transformation practice helps clients transform into a winning and sustainable organizational culture and structure. We ensure that teams pursue, develop and maximize high performance to make impactful contributions in organizations that practice continuous learning and improvement. We are engaged in the further development and expansion of Ordina’s transformation, Agile, DevOps and Lean-related Business Solutions such as our High Performance Teams proposition. Furthermore, we work from a well-stocked toolbox so that our colleagues and our customers are well-prepared.

The Organization & Team Transformation practice consists of Transformation Leads, Agile Coaches, Agile Project Managers and Scrum Masters.

This is you

Thanks to your experience in coaching and group dynamics, you have what it takes to convince professionals about the way forward, each at their own level. You know how to hold your own in different corporate cultures and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of organizations. You inspire others to promote cooperation and thus achieve maximum results.

You also have:

At least a college degree ;

You can communicate fluently in Dutch ;

At least 2 years’ experience as an Agile Coach ;

Experience in delivering Agile and DevOps training ;

Experience in scaling Agile within an organization ;

Broad, demonstrable knowledge in the Agile and Lean field;

Subject matter expertise within one or more of the following sectors: Finance, Public, Utilities and/or Logistics is a plus.
