- Strategic co-development and implementation of sales-orientated measures in the BeNeLux countries
- Analysing and monitoring key sales figures and, if necessary, initiating measures in coordination with the sales management
- Developing and expanding country activities for sustainable growth
- Responsibility for results and continuous development of sales, number and satisfaction of independent sales partners
- Supporting the independent sales partners in the country network:
- Guidance, promotion and cooperation with the sales partners, especially the managers
- Conducting training courses and meetings, including online training programmes
- Contact person for our sales partners in the country network
- Market analysis and competition monitoring
- Close cooperation with the JEMAKO team in Rhede
- Degree in business administration, marketing, international business or a comparable field or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a management position
- Knowledge of the BeNeLux market – including cultural, economic and legal particularities
- Sales expertise, especially in setting up and managing sales structures
- Ability to act independently, innovative spirit and strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and high social competence
- Quick comprehension, affinity for numbers and digital affinity as well as analytical skills
- Business fluent in English, Dutch and German (French is also desirable)
- Experienced with merchandise management systems and MS Office
