CX Lead – Data Centre (Contract)

An experienced CX Lead is required for a large-scale data centre project in The Netherlands. This is a long-term contractor opportunity on an established campus with further phases already planned.
The Role:
- Lead the full commissioning (CX) process from pre-commissioning through to final handover
- Own the commissioning strategy, programme, and readiness planning
- Manage MEP commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) activities
- Coordinate commissioning across MEP, BMS, controls contractors, and specialist vendors
- Ensure systems are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with programme milestones
- Manage commissioning documentation, test scripts, snagging, and close-out
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CX Lead / Commissioning Manager on data centre projects
- Strong MEP background within mission-critical environments
- Confident working on site with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
- Available to start within the next month
