The role
Support customers with everyday questions involving payments, cards, banking, investments and account management while delivering accurate and professional service.
What you'll do
— Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers
— Provide information about financial products and services
— Resolve payment, card and transaction enquiries
— Troubleshoot account and app-access problems
— Escalate cases requiring specialised assistance
What we're looking for
— Dutch C1/C2 or native level — mandatory
— English B2 or higher — mandatory
— EU citizenship and valid EU passport — mandatory
— High School Diploma — mandatory
— Customer-focused mindset
— Strong communication skills
— Good problem-solving abilities
— Availability for rotating shifts
Working Hours
— Full-time: 40 hours/week
— Rotational Monday–Sunday schedule
— 24/7 operating environment
