Inside Sales Representative – Vehicle Components (Tyes & Parts)
Location: Groningen, Netherlands
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to €70,000 Gross Per Annum (Flexible based on experience) + Commission
A fast-growing European distributor of truck and vehicle components, including tyres and related parts, is expanding its commercial team. With a strong footprint in the Netherlands and growing demand across multiple European markets, the company is seeking talented sales professionals to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing and expanding the company’s customer base. This position combines sales generation, customer relationship management, and order cycle oversight, from the initial call through to delivery.
You’ll be speaking daily with both new and existing customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and ensuring smooth coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow sales with customers in the Netherlands, while also supporting expansion into other European markets.
• Handle the full sales cycle: from initial contact and quotation through to order processing, logistics coordination, and delivery.
• Proactively call and build relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems.
Qualifications & Skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Additional European language skills (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service within automotive, vehicle parts, or distribution sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales process and juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
