Overview
Stekz, a fast-growing company, seeks a talented IT Project Manager with strong business analysis skills to join our dynamic team. You’ll drive IT projects to success, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and deliver impactful software solutions in a collaborative environment. As an IT Project Manager, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into actionable project plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions. You’ll own project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables, using agile methodologies.
- Conduct business analysis to identify and translate client requirements into technical specifications.
- Adopt an AI-first approach, evaluating AI tools to streamline client processes and improve personal workflow efficiency.
- Drive successful IT project implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and motivate international teams, fostering collaboration and setting a positive example.
- Engage with clients on large-scale projects, ensuring their needs are met.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and issues to deliver quality results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for improving IT processes and solutions.
- AI-first mindset, curious about enhancing efficiency with AI tools.
- Familiarity with Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and process automation, or eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver focused on high-quality outcomes.
- Eager to develop yourself and support team growth.
