Your Impact

As an IT Project Leader / Program Manager, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects to our clients. You will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing and managing projects from start to finish. Working collaboratively with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure that project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Applying the latest methodologies in (agile) project management.

Identifying improvement opportunities and (un)solicited advice to our customers

Identify and understand customer needs and expectations.

Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

Oversee project execution and ensure that all parties involved are aware of their responsibilities.

Identify risks and proactively provide solutions to overcome potential obstacles.

Report to senior management on project progress and any bottlenecks.

Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.

Manage resources and ensure teams are performing optimally.

Evaluate project results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ordina North is the Digital Transformation partner for customers in the North. We advise on business challenges through smart IT technology and our extensive knowledge on executing change. We use our (regional) market and customer knowledge and use this as a basis to advise and realize change in the area of business, organization, IT & Data.

At Ordina we use our successful concept of so-called High Performance Teams in which consultants work with a team of Ordina colleagues to implement solutions together with the customer. Our teams work on challenging assignments in which professional growth, cooperation and achieving results are key.

Ordina North plays an important role in realizing the (IT) ambitions of our customers. In addition to the Strategy and Business Design team, Ordina North has two other advisory teams: Digital Product Management & Organization and Team Transformation. There are also three Development teams in the field of Java, Microsoft & Frontend as well as a team focused on Agile Testing. Together with your colleagues you will bring expertise and experience on an organizational as well as a technical level to our clients.

You will work within the Strategy & Business Design practice where we solve our clients digital challenges.
We provide the thinking and doing when it comes to consulting, digital transformations and implementations. The team consists of analysts, business consultants and project & program managers.

This is you

Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field;

Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) as a PMO, IT Project Leader or consultant in the IT domain, preferably in a consulting environment;

You can communicate fluently in Dutch;

Excellent knowledge of the latest project management methodologies and tools;

Experience and ambition to make a difference at the interface between business and IT

Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively;

Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams;

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

Certifications such as IPMA/PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.
