IBA has recently launched Learn2Grow, our new Learning Management System.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Learning Systems Lead to structure, govern and drive the adoption of our learning technology ecosystem.
Mission
As Learning Systems Lead, you will own the strategy, governance, operations and continuous improvement of IBA’s Learning Management Systems and broader digital learning ecosystem.
You will ensure that Learn2Grow and related learning platforms are stable, scalable, user-friendly and effectively adopted across the organization. You will bring structure to systems, data, processes and governance, while supporting the transition from project implementation to sustainable run mode.
You will lead a team of approximately 6 people and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
You will also identify opportunities to further develop learning technology and implement projects, helping IBA shape the future of digital learning.

Compensation
“The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below:
Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 72300 – 109900 €
The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.”
