Hire Resolve is assisting healthcare organisations in hiring experienced healthcare professionals for a range of mid–senior level opportunities across hospital, outpatient, community, rehabilitation, and specialist care settings. This is a multi-role opportunity covering several clinical functions, including senior nursing practice, allied health delivery, specialist patient management, and clinical/team leadership.
These roles are designed for professionals ready to broaden clinical responsibility and progress toward senior clinician, clinical lead, and service leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care aligned with clinical guidelines and local protocols
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, deliver interventions, and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs
- Provide clinical leadership within a ward, clinic, community team, or therapy service, supporting consistent standards of practice
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to support care coordination, escalation, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers using approved clinical record systems and reporting standards
- Uphold infection prevention and control (IPC), medication safety (where applicable), and clinical risk management practices
- Participate in clinical governance activities, including audits, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support compliance with Dutch healthcare quality expectations, including learning from complaints and incidents under relevant care regulations (Wkkgz)
- Protect patient confidentiality and handle personal data in line with GDPR requirements (and local organisational policies)
- Supervise, mentor, and support the development of junior clinicians and students; contribute to training and competency improvement
Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification aligned to discipline (e.g., Nursing; Physiotherapy; Occupational Therapy; Speech and Language Therapy; Medical Imaging; Laboratory disciplines; other regulated allied health pathways)
- Current registration (or eligibility to register) where required, including BIG registration for regulated healthcare professions (role dependent)
- Typically 5–10+ years post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting, with demonstrated clinical judgement and complex case exposure
- Strong understanding of patient safety, IPC, and clinical governance expectations within regulated care environments
- Familiarity with electronic patient record workflows and clinical documentation standards (system experience varies by employer)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across patients, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Dutch language proficiency is commonly required for direct patient care roles; English may be sufficient for some international settings or specific services (role dependent)
