Requirements: This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the Cape Town office. 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role Proven experience owning and managing product backlogs in agile delivery environments Strong ability to gather requirements, prioritise work, and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver digital products Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar Nice to have: Experience with us
