Requirements:

• This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the Cape Town office.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role
• Proven experience owning and managing product backlogs in agile delivery environments
• Strong ability to gather requirements, prioritise work, and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver digital products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar

Nice to have:

• Experience with user research, customer interviews, or usability testing
• Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Power BI
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, or software development processes
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or similar
• Experience mentoring junior product team members or leading product initiatives
