Mission

As Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for supporting all technical aspects during the installation phase and maintenance of the Proton Therapy Site.

Challenges we trust you with

· Coordinating and planning overall daily activities on site and managing the priorities

· Ensuring strict respect of good manufacturing processes and uptime commitments

· Managing logistics and material aspects and liaising with the subcontractors (supplies, storage, etc.)

· Ensuring customer’s requirements are met in term of compliance, technical performance, timing and budget

· Preparing budget reports, documenting global activities and improvement plans

· Providing local Accounting

· Ensuring strong communication with the customers

· Supervising the team and managing all human resources tasks (time policy, planning, etc.)

· Promoting a high performance culture and motivating the team

What we value

You have

A very good overall technical knowledge of a PT System and at least 2 years relevant of experience in a Proton Therapy Center (on site or R&D)

Good oral and written communication skills in English.

And you also are:

Customer-oriented

Able to follow rules & regulations and you able to deliver on strict deadlines

Analytical, able to identify root cause of issues

A team player with strong interpersonal skills

A flexible person, willing to work occasionally in shift work, night work and weekends
