Job description

Are you looking for a role where customer service, technical coordination and problem-solving come together? As a Technical Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the entire after-sales process.
As the single point of contact for service-related support you form the link between international customers (namely French market) on the one hand and the internal after-sales organization and other internal stakeholders on the other. You significantly contribute to the excellent performance of the company systems in the field by managing client requests from A to Z. 

  • Manage incoming requests from French-speaking customers related to technical support, maintenance and service activities.
  • Assess customer needs and determine the most appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinate service activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process.
  • Communicate with customers, field technicians and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of requests.
  • Prepare quotations and process service-related documentation.
  • Monitor planning, progress and completion of customer requests.
  • Support the coordination of spare parts, maintenance activities and field interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal business systems.
  • Contribute to improving workflows and customer support processes.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to further enhance the service experience.
  • Requirements

    Who are you?

  • A vocational or bachelor's level of education, or equivalent work experience. You have a technical background with a commercial drive or have a commercial background with an affinity for machinery.
  • (Our client is also open for fresh graduates)
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Dutch and/or German is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, service coordination or a similar role. Motivated graduates with a strong interest in technology are also encouraged to apply.
  • An interest in technical products, industrial equipment or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • You are living in the Netherlands and in or near the Groningen area is a must
  • If you are living in Paris (France), you may work hybrid. It can be discussed.
  • Working conditions

  • This is a full time position – 40 hours per week. Long term.
