Overview
Products that enhance customer relations. Our products enable businesses to have conversations with their customers, whether it’s over the phone, chat or another way that builds relationships. We develop our product by working in multi-disciplinary scrum teams. Each team works on various parts, but each part should be cohesive from a UX standpoint. That’s where you come in. We need someone that brings their experience and is ready to take our UX practices and way or working to the next level.
Strengthening the team
Our ideal new colleague is no stranger to working in scrum teams, and preferably you also bring experience on how to integrate UX design into the scrum workflow. By working on tickets and being part of the overall development process, you will show your colleagues how to apply UX thinking in daily work. By integrating user-centered design into the sprint process, you will help the team test assumptions early and make decisions that are rooted in user value.
You are someone that can keep things small, concrete, and practical. You want to transfer knowledge and bring people along on the journey, rather than just validating work or delivering a finished product. You believe that understanding how people work and how different customers think will help you better create the optimal product experience for them. Above all you believe that good design comes from collaboration, not ego.
What You Bring
- 4-6 years of UX design experience
- Experience with the scrum or agile way of working
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to build UX practices into a workflow
- Strong English skills (we work with an international group of colleagues)
It’s Nice If You
- Have worked at a product-led company where teams learn and iterate quickly
- Have experience in team dynamics or facilitation
- Bring some experience in user testing in addition to our UX researchers
